Rapid Roll 230

The RapidRoll® Model 230 is a super-fast, low maintenance door that can be configured for either interior or exterior applications. The extremely durable 230. The chemical, weather and puncture resistant door curtain provides superior wind resistance. The standard heavy duty side frames will not corrode or rust and their low profile dimensions are ideal for areas with minimal clearances.

The 230's direct drive operates without pulleys, springs and bearings components within the side frame making the door easy to clean and very low maintenance. With opening speeds of 64" (1.6m) per second. The Model 230 is well suited for high traffic and high cycle operation. If a forklift or equipment accidentally impacts the door the bottom beam will swing free of the side frames preventing damage to the door panel and beam. The 230 can then be reset for operation in seconds by simply running the door to the top open position.

Durable and versatile the Model 230 can be custom built with stainless steel components, full roll and motor covers for complete wash down capability to maintain clean environments and hygienic requirements:

The Model 230 is adabtable for a variety of exterior applications. The 230's low profile dimensions allow it to fit in openings with minimal space for side frame and door headers.

Full Vision Panel ™ is standard and allows a complete view of objects or people approaching the door from either side.

Rapid Roll 355

Combining high-tech and award winning industrial design, the RapidRoll® 355 offers variable speeds, excellent transparency and low maintenance . With low profile self-supporting aluminium side frames, The RapidRoll® 355 is the ideal interior door to protect against draughts, to partition off halls and to separate two areas of different temperatures.

The safety of the RapidRoll® 355 is unique. The door is fitted with a patented pre-running safety photocell (contactless) and a stationary safety photocell as standard. Both devices operate in the transmitter/receiver mode. The door also has a patented crash protection system, which is self repairing by means of touching a switch. In the event of a power failure in your facility, the door can be opened by hand by releasing the brake at floor level.
